Old Weir Thieves Guild

Not too much is known about the shadowy organization, save they seem to be tolerated or at least not actively persecuted within Old Weir. Some rumors suggest part of the guard or local officials have taken bribes from the guild. Known operations include smuggling and trafficking in illicit substances. Recently, they have been implicated in the fire that burnt down Daleman Manor after the Weir Watch uncovered a smuggling tunnel leading out under the walls.
